The Role
​
The SEO Executive is part of our Company Online Marketing team reporting to the Digital SEO Marketing Manager. You will be part of a dynamic team and you will have close interaction and responsibility for developing and helping to grow the Company brand.
​
We are looking for a confident and experienced SEO Executive who can hit the ground running:-
​
• This is a remote role and will remain remote irrespective of government guidelines. Occasional travel in the UK may be required.

Responsibilities
​
• Planning and implementing SEO strategies that deliver outstanding growth
• Carrying out keyword research and intent analysis to identify opportunities
• Undertaking and delivering actionable SEO audits that make an impact
• Action link building strategies that put us ahead of the competition
• Analysing campaign success, as well as reporting of KPIs to the business, ensuring continuation of high performance
• Outreaching to relevant stakeholders such as blog owners, publishers, and influencers etc. to share and/or link to our high-quality content
• Using our CMS to upload content and optimising pages
• You will produce and present weekly and monthly SEO reports to internal stakeholders
• Identifying future opportunities within search and optimise performance
• Providing data driven analytics to generate new ideas that engage with new and existing website users to generate quotes and sales
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Keeping up to date with cutting edge SEO strategies and industry news.
Requirements
​
• A degree in Digital Marketing or an equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 2 years SEO experience
• Solid experience Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Search Console, as well as SEO tools like SEMrush
• Commercially astute, can identify and suggest opportunities to the Head of Performance Marketing
• Self-motivated and organised with a high attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Proactive with a high level of common sense and initiative
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to concentrate on the task in hand and see work through to its natural conclusion
• An understanding of PPC and paid social media would be an advantage

Hours

Digital Marketing Manager (Paid media/SEO)

The Role
​
The digital marketing manager will be reporting directly to the CEO and be responsible for the overall digital marketing strategy. This includes planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across different channels including paid search and social, display, email marketing etc.
​
The role plays a pivotal role in building the brand and generating leads for the business. You will have a significant exposure to different areas of the business, including high-impact marketing projects.
​
You will have at least 4 years of digital marketing experience in a consumer facing business with a direct involvement across most of the digital marketing subjects.
​
You will be someone that strives in a collaborative, fluid environment, where all team members support each other across different areas of the business.
​
Responsibilities
• Plan /execute digital marketing activities, including SEM, email, social media display/programmatic, native advertising all aimed at brand building & lead generation
• Maintain the company’s organic social media presence together with the content/PR team
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests while optimizing user funnels
• Utilize analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels
• Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns in particular cost per lead (CPL) and CPA, and assess vs targets (ROI and KPIs)
• Collaborate with teams of creatives, developers, product managers, designers and agencies
• Evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and perspective where relevant

Requirements
​
• A degree in Digital Marketing or an equivalent qualification
• Experience working as a digital marketing manager in a consumer facing business
• -record delivering digital campaigns and always-on online activity, i.e. social media
• Experience with data analytics ((e.g., Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends, Hotjar)
• Experience with CRM (MS dynamics/Click Dimensions preferred) and CMS (Umbraco)
• Strong project management/ interpersonal skills, a natural team player, ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail/ Excellent writing skills in English
